support@garbettholdings.comPlease include Crestlings, your device and iOS version (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18), and your backup code from SUMMONER โ Settings โ Backup if your question is about progress.
Your team of three (four from stage 30) fights automatically. Tap LEVEL UP on a team member in the FIGHT tab to power it up, swap creatures in the TEAM tab to counter each realm's element, and open packs in the PACKS tab. Every fifth stage is a boss.
There are five elements: Ember, Tide, Grove, Lumen and Umbra. Each is strong against some elements and weak against others, and a super-effective hit does extra damage. Build a team that counters the realm you're in.
Open the creature from the TEAM tab. When it reaches the level shown and you have the Sparks, Heartstones (and later Astral Cores) of its element, tap EVOLVE. Each evolution is a brand-new creature with its own Crestdex entry.
Each time your team loses a stage, Determination weakens that stage's foes a little. Level up, star up, evolve, change your team's elements or spend tree points in the Summoner Tree, then try again.
No. Crestlings has no offline earnings: the battle only moves while you play. The one thing that runs on real time is a boost you've started.
Yes. A short tutorial walks you through your first summon, your team and your first fights the first time you play, and you can skip it on any step. To see it again, open SUMMONER → Settings → Tutorial → REPLAY. Your progress is kept.
Open SUMMONER → Settings and switch off Music. It's separate from Sound effects, so you can keep one and mute the other. Music also follows your iPhone's silent switch.
After you've played a while (stage 12 or later), Crestlings may show a short “Enjoying Crestlings?” card. NOT NOW closes it, and it asks at most twice in total. RATE CRESTLINGS opens the App Store review page. Nothing is given or taken away either way, and you can also rate any time from SUMMONER → Settings → Rate Crestlings.
Packs are earned only. Summon packs are opened with Seals, Essence packs with Keys and Gear packs with gold, all earned by playing: monster drops, bosses, challenges and their chests, the daily login streak, achievements and Crestdex milestones. Crestlings has no in-app purchases, so nothing can be bought.
The exact odds for every pack are shown in the PACKS tab before you open it, along with your pity counters: an Epic-or-better and a Legendary-or-better find are each guaranteed within a fixed number of Summons.
Every Summon adds one Starlight. Spend Starlight in the Starlight Exchange to claim the Legendary or Mythic creature you choose.
A duplicate becomes echoes for that creature, which raise its stars. Once a creature is at max stars, duplicates turn into dust for crafting.
SUMMONER → Quests has four daily challenges (easy, medium, medium, hard) and six weekly ones that reset on Monday, sized to how far you've pushed. Finish a whole board to open its all-clear chest. No challenge ever needs an ad.
Claim a reward each day you play, on a seven-day track (day 7 is the biggest). If you miss a day, the streak starts again at day 1.
There are three optional boosts: Haste (faster battles), 2× Gold and Fury. Each short rewarded ad adds time to a boost. Other optional ads give a free pack (a few times a day), revive your team at a boss or double a boss's gold. Ads are never shown automatically, and there are no interstitials.
If you're in the EU/EEA, the UK or Switzerland, Crestlings first shows Google's consent form so you can choose how your data is used for ads. After that, iOS may show Apple's tracking prompt. To change your choices later, open SUMMONER → Settings → AD PRIVACY CHOICES in the game (where required in your region).
Crestlings saves on your iPhone automatically as you play, and regularly backs up a copy to our cloud server. The backup is tagged only with a random backup code, with no account, Apple ID, email or sign-in involved.
Your code is shown in SUMMONER โ Settings โ Backup. Screenshot it or write it down somewhere safe; it's the key to your save.
Yes. From version 1.0.0, Crestlings keeps your backup code in your iPhone's Keychain, which survives deleting the app. Reinstall Crestlings on the same iPhone (or on a new iPhone restored from a backup of the old one) and, on first launch, it finds your cloud save and restores it automatically. You need an internet connection for this.
It never overwrites progress that's already on the device. If nothing is restored automatically, use your backup code as described below.
Restoring replaces whatever progress is on the new device with your backup.
If Crestlings is still installed, the code is always in SUMMONER โ Settings โ Backup. If you reinstalled on the same iPhone, automatic restore (version 1.0.0+) uses the code saved in your Keychain, so you may not need it. Otherwise, email us with roughly how far you got and when you last played. Because backups aren't linked to any identity, we can't always find a save without its code, but we'll do our best.
Only if you turn on Reminders in SUMMONER → Settings: then iPhone asks for permission. Reminders are scheduled on your iPhone itself (that your team is ready for the next stage, or that new daily challenges are up), never about rewards, and they aren't used for advertising or tracking.
In the game: SUMMONER → Settings → Reminders → OFF. Or open the iPhone Settings app → Notifications → Crestlings and turn off Allow Notifications.
No. Video ads in Crestlings are always optional: you choose to watch one in return for a bonus, such as the three boosts (Haste, 2ร Gold, Fury), a free pack, a boss revive and double boss gold. There are no pop-up ads that interrupt play. A small banner ad may also appear at the edge of the screen. Ads are served by Google AdMob.
iOS may ask whether Crestlings can track your activity across other apps and websites. This only affects whether ads can be personalized; the game is exactly the same either way. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, you'll see non-personalized ads.
To change your choice later, open the iPhone Settings app โ Privacy & Security โ Tracking and switch Crestlings on or off.
There are no accounts, and we don't ask for your name, email, contacts or location. Crestlings sends your game progress and a few gameplay and diagnostic events to our server, tagged only with your random backup code. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which receives device and ad-interaction data to show and measure ads (and your advertising identifier only if you allow tracking). Full details are in our Privacy Policy, and you can manage your choices on the Privacy Choices page.
No. Crestlings has no in-app purchases. Everything is earned by playing.
Crestlings uses the Weekly Best Stage Game Center leaderboard: the furthest stage you reach this week. It resets every Monday. Open it from SUMMONER → Settings → WEEKLY LEADERBOARD.
Leaderboards use Apple's Game Center, so you need to be signed in: open the iPhone Settings app โ Game Center and sign in with your Apple ID. Then reopen Crestlings. You can play normally without Game Center; your scores just won't be posted. Your Game Center nickname is what other players see.
In the game, open SUMMONER โ Settings โ DELETE MY DATA and confirm: this deletes your cloud backup and all progress on this iPhone, and the game starts fresh. Deleting the app removes only the data stored on your iPhone. If the in-game option can't reach our server, or you no longer have the app, email your backup code (from SUMMONER โ Settings โ Backup) to support@garbettholdings.com with the subject Delete my data. We'll delete the backup and the anonymous events tied to that code and confirm by email.
