Acre Rush Support

Touch anywhere on the field and drag the way you want the tractor to go; let go and it rolls to a stop. The header on the front cuts every crop it passes and the harvest fills your grain tank and trailers. When the hopper is FULL, drive onto the yellow UNLOAD pad beside the silo to sell, then spend your coins on upgrades: Engine, Header, Hopper, Trailer, Unload and Value.

Harvest every crop on the field and sell the last load to clear it (FIELD CLEAR!). You get a skill point and move on to the next, slightly bigger farm with a new crop. Upgrades and coins reset each farm; your skills, gear, keys and achievements stay. Later farms have tougher stalks and denser crops.

No. Acre Rush has no offline earnings: the farm only moves while you play. The one thing that runs on real time is a boost you've started (see below).

No. Progress is forward-only: the farm in play is always the next one you haven't cleared.

Yes. It takes about a minute and has a SKIP button. Replay it any time from Settings (⚙ tab) → Replay the tutorial.

You earn one skill point (★) for every farm you clear. The SKILLS tab has four branches (Header, Hauling, Engine and Market) with 32 skills. Deeper skills cost more points (row 1 costs ★1, a capstone ★10) and each extra rank costs ★1 more. Skills are permanent and apply at the start of every farm. You can respec once a day for free; another respec the same day costs Crate Keys.

Crate Keys are earned only, by playing: the daily farm pass (with streak bonuses), completing the tutorial, achievements, daily and weekly chores and their all-clear crates, level milestones, rare golden crops, and optional crop-duster ads. Acre Rush has no in-app purchases, so keys can't be bought.

Open crates in the GEAR tab. The odds are shown on each crate before you open it:

• Seed Sack (1 key): Common 57.5%, Uncommon 27%, Rare 12%, Epic 2.5%, Legendary 1%.
• Heirloom Chest (3 keys): Uncommon 40%, Rare 42%, Epic 17%, Legendary 1%. No Commons.

Yes, two:

• Seed Sack: at least every 10th Seed Sack is Rare or better.
• Heirloom Chest: a Legendary is guaranteed by your 100th Heirloom Chest.

Meters on each crate show your progress toward its guarantee.

There are 36 pieces in six slots (Engine Block, Header Blade, Grain Tank, Tires, Farmer's Hat and Lucky Charm), one Legendary per slot. Gear boosts things like speed, header width, hopper capacity, unload speed, crop price, key finds and boost time, and you can see it on your tractor. Duplicates level up the piece you already own.

There are four optional boosts: 2× Value, Auto-Drive (the tractor harvests and hauls on its own), 3× Speed and Infinite Hopper. Each short rewarded ad adds 5 minutes to a boost; they stack with each other and you can bank up to 30 minutes per boost. Boost time runs on the real clock, even while the game is closed, so start one when you're ready to play. Ads are never shown automatically.

Now and then a crate drifts across the field. Tap it to choose a reward (about two minutes' worth of coins, or a Crate Key) for watching a short ad, or ignore it.

The GOALS tab has four daily chores and six weekly ones, sized to your progress. Clear a whole board to open its all-clear crate. Rewards are coins and Crate Keys.

There are 46 achievements with Bronze to Diamond tiers, including a few secrets. Reaching a tier shows a small note at the top of the screen; claim the reward in GOALS. Many achievements unlock a title you can wear.

Acre Rush saves on your iPhone automatically as you play, and regularly backs up a copy to our cloud server. The backup is tagged only with a random backup code, with no account, Apple ID, email or sign-in involved.

To see your code, open Settings (⚙ tab) → Cloud Backup and tap SHOW. Screenshot it or write it down somewhere safe; it's the key to your save.

Yes. From version 1.0.0, Acre Rush keeps your backup code in your iPhone's Keychain, which survives deleting the app. Reinstall Acre Rush on the same iPhone (or on a new iPhone restored from a backup of the old one) and, on first launch, it finds your cloud save and restores it automatically. You need an internet connection for this.

It never overwrites progress that's already on the device. If nothing is restored automatically, use your backup code as described below.

1. On your old device, open Settings (⚙ tab) → Cloud Backup and copy your backup code.
2. Install Acre Rush on the new device and open Settings (⚙ tab) → Cloud Backup.
3. Tap RESTORE, type your backup code and confirm. This replaces the progress on that iPhone.

Restoring replaces whatever progress is on the new device with your backup.

If Acre Rush is still installed, the code is always in Settings (⚙ tab) → Cloud Backup. If you reinstalled on the same iPhone, automatic restore (version 1.0.0+) uses the code saved in your Keychain, so you may not need it. Otherwise, email us with roughly how far you got and when you last played. Because backups aren't linked to any identity, we can't always find a save without its code, but we'll do our best.

Only if you say yes: after you clear your first farm, a small banner offers a reminder when new daily chores are ready. If you tap YES, iPhone asks for permission. Reminders are scheduled on your iPhone itself (never more than one a day, never about earnings), and they aren't used for advertising or tracking.

In the game: Settings (⚙ tab) → Reminders → OFF. Or open the iPhone Settings app → Notifications → Acre Rush and turn off Allow Notifications.

No. Video ads in Acre Rush are always optional: you choose to watch one in return for a bonus, such as the four boosts (2× value, auto-drive, 3× speed, infinite hopper) and crop-duster drops. There are no pop-up ads that interrupt play. A small banner ad may also appear at the edge of the screen. Ads are served by Google AdMob.

iOS may ask whether Acre Rush can track your activity across other apps and websites. This only affects whether ads can be personalized; the game is exactly the same either way. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, you'll see non-personalized ads.

To change your choice later, open the iPhone Settings app → Privacy & Security → Tracking and switch Acre Rush on or off.

There are no accounts, and we don't ask for your name, email, contacts or location. Acre Rush sends your game progress and a few gameplay and diagnostic events to our server, tagged only with your random backup code. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which receives device and ad-interaction data to show and measure ads (and your advertising identifier only if you allow tracking). No. Acre Rush has no in-app purchases. Everything is earned by playing.

Acre Rush uses the Weekly Fields Game Center leaderboard: how many fields you cleared this week. It resets every Monday.

Leaderboards use Apple's Game Center, so you need to be signed in: open the iPhone Settings app → Game Center and sign in with your Apple ID. Then reopen Acre Rush. You can play normally without Game Center; your scores just won't be posted. Your Game Center nickname is what other players see.

In the game, open Settings (⚙ tab) → Delete my data and confirm: this deletes your cloud backup and all progress on this iPhone, and the game starts fresh. Deleting the app removes only the data stored on your iPhone. If the in-game option can't reach our server, or you no longer have the app, email your backup code (from Settings (⚙ tab) → Cloud Backup) to support@garbettholdings.com with the subject Delete my data. We'll delete the backup and the anonymous events tied to that code and confirm by email.
